Processing time:
If your chosen style and size is in stock- your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days. If your shoe is out of stock, your order will given to the factory and will be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks.

This is how to return the parcel:
Item must be in its original package, please also wrap in a sealed plastic bag to avoid humidity on the way.
Must be written: "Returned Goods" on both the parcel ( in big ) AND in the delivery company's form.
Put a value of 10 $ and write "Returned Goods" next to it.
Also mark Returned goods in the form.
Please make sure the address, and phone number are witten clear and visible. Sometimes the client's first page is well read but the copy is too light/ faded.

Sizing details:
We reccomand measureing your feet's length and circumference according to the drawing added to each listing.
Find your shoe size according to your feet's measurements.
Each listing has it's own size table, that differs due to different shoe-last designs.
( Shoe-last =the foot-shaped template over which the shoe is manufactured )
Its the best way because different companies have different size tables.
